What if you don’t want to give one big gift? Maybe you’d prefer to give someone several smaller gifts.
Give them a basket!
You can probably find a pre-made one, but you can make your gift extra special by putting it together yourself. Here a few health-related gift basket ideas for you…
Juice and Smoothie Basket
This is a fun gift basket. It’s easy to put together and you have some options in making it. Include items that someone who enjoys juice and smoothies would like. It could be someone who you know enjoys smoothies. Maybe they’d like some additional accessories. Or maybe a relative has expressed an interest in being healthier. Weight Loss Basket
Warning — DO NOT use this one unless the person has specifically told you they plan to lose weight. After all, you don’t want to offend anyone. It can work for a parent, child, or very close friend. Sports or Activities
This one is pretty flexible. What sport(s) or outdoor activity(ities) does the person enjoys. Put together a gift basket with a fitness or sports theme based on a specific activity. It could be a yoga gift basket with a book, clothing, yoga mat, and towel. Or make a basket for someone who loves rowing, swimming, running, hiking, basketball, etc. A good idea for this type of “basket” is to use a gym bag, yoga bag, or sports bag as the basket. Include all the gift items inside the bag.
