Are You Fit or Unfit?

New Year’s Day has come and gone. Got your list of resolutions? Is getting fitter, slimmer, or healthier on your list? If so, join the crowd. If not, why not? Is it because you’ve achieved peak fitness? If that’s the case, congratulations! You are in a very small minority.

For everyone else, we’re a few days into 2015 and it’s not too late. Make it one of your highest ranked goals to get fit in ’15! Do you realize that your level of fitness can affect your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, risk of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke? It can affect you chance of developing Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. When you think of it that way, shouldn’t fitness be a priority?
