Is Aging Backwards: Reverse the Aging Process and Look 10 Years Younger in 30 Minutes a Day Worth Buying?

Any fitness guru who makes the bold claims that Miranda Esmonde-White makes in Aging Backwards is going to come under a lot of scrutiny, so it’s imperative that they have the science behind them to back up their claims. Thankfully, that appears to be the case here. Rather than simply give a cursory introduction as to why these exercises will work, Miranda goes into great detail to explain the science behind these workouts and stretches. It’s reassuring to see someone who clearly knows what they’re talking about.

The vast majority of readers who have put the 30 minute a day plan into action give glowing reports about their appearance and, just as important, their general well-being. As Miranda explains, many of these exercises are intended to encourage your muscles to heal themselves more effectively. This reduces pain and stiffness. Many have noted decreased stress in their neck and back muscles, and the resolution of joint pain. After following the exercises for a while they find themselves standing straighter and walking with a much steadier gait.

If you’ve never stretched or followed any type of exercise program before, this plan could prove a little challenging when you first begin. The pictures demonstrating the techniques and moves are not particularly clear. Unfortunately, poor form or posture while stretching can reduce the effectiveness and may put undue strain on certain muscles. This might seem like a ploy to encourage readers to purchase Miranda’s DVD series in order to see videos of the techniques. Frankly that wouldn’t be such a bad idea. But don’t let those things stop you. Search the internet for any of the exercises or stretches that may prove challenging and you will get more than enough guidance. After a short time, you’ll be surprised at how much better you look and feel. With that in mind, it’s hard not to recommend this book to those looking to improve their general fitness and well-being. Check out Aging Backwards now!

For those who don’t know, Miranda Edmonde-White is a trained professional ballerina. Don’t worry though. There’s no expectation that you’ll be able to do seemingly impossible bends or stretches. Just do the moves and exercises to the best of your abilities, and you will see and feel yourself changing. And even though she coaches celebrities and athletes, she has many everyday people who follow her Classical Stretch show. You can pick up DVDs of that very popular show.
